Our Volunteer Code of Conduct helps keep Fishcare activities safe, welcoming and respectful for everyone. Please read it before registering to understand your responsibilities as a volunteer and how we work together to care for our community and waterways.
Claim your volunteer travel expenses using our online form. Add multiple trips and your reimbursement will calculate automatically—$0.33/km for car travel and $0.60/km when towing. Claims require approval from your relevant facilitator.
Claim your Fishcare purchase expenses using our online reimbursement form, available to staff and volunteers. Add multiple purchases, upload your receipts and your total will calculate automatically. Claims require approval from your relevant facilitator or nominated staff member.
Claim your staff travel expenses using our online form. Sign in with your Fishcare Google account, add your work trips and enter your starting and ending odometer readings. All claims are sent to EO for approval.
